Test Reservation FAQs
What if I can't make my appointment or I wish to change my appointment?
Students can change their reservation by signing back into the Test Reservation System.
What if something happens on my way to the exam - car accident, etc.?
If something extraordinary happens on your way to take an exam, take care of yourself and your family first! Just make sure you have documentation verifying the situation and e-mail your instructor to arrange an extension for you to take your exam at a later time.
What if I get to the exam early, and would like to take my exam before my scheduled time?
If there are computers available for the next two hours, then you should be able to take your exam, but this is at the sole discretion of the proctors at that location.
What if I go to the wrong testing location?
It is your responsibility to make sure that you go to the correct location. It is possible that there may be computers available, but you will most likely be redirected to the location that you chose on your reservation.
What if I show up at the wrong time?
If you show up early, you may have to wait until your reserved time to take your exam. If you show up late and there are computers available, you may be able to sit for your exam. If you show up late and there are no computers available, you will have to make a new reservation based on the remaining available time blocks. If there are no additional time blocks available, you will have to contact your instructor.
What if I show up on time, at the right testing location, and there are no computers available?
If you go to the right place at the right time and there are no computers available, please ask the test proctor to call Lindsey Eaton at 727-394-6006 or email at email@example.com immediately.
