To drop a class:
Log into MySPC with your user ID and password.
Click "Register for Classes" and then select the "drop" tab.
You will need to select the appropriate term and then click "Continue." Next, select the course(s) to drop by placing a checkmark in the radio box next to the class you intend to drop and then click "Drop Selected Classes".
When withdrawing from courses, it's important that you review our academic calendar for drop deadlines with refund, without penalty and with penalty (e.g. receiving a W or WF).
You can also view a step-by-step tutorial in MySPC by expanding the Tutorials section inside the "Register for Classes" tab.
If you are withdrawing from your last class and are a financial aid recipient, you are required to speak with a Financial Aid advisor first. When you drop your last class while receiving financial aid, you may be required to repay the aid.
You will be unable to complete a total withdrawal without speaking to an academic advisor first. If you would like to withdraw from the last class on your schedule, you will need to speak to an advisor.
