|Records and Registration FAQs:||Outgoing Transcripts|
A $5.00 transcript fee will be assessed on all requests for hard-copy official transcripts. Electronic transcripts sent to participating Florida public universities and colleges will remain free. The fee is non-refundable and cannot be waived except when (1) there is documentable college error, (2) the student documents homeless status, or (3) the student is a current SPC employee. For more information on requesting your official transcript, visit https://go.spcollege.edu/transcript/.
Request your official SPC transcript:
Login to MySPC and choose Request Transcript from the "Status" page or click "Register for Classes" and select "Request Transcript". You will automatically be prompted to input the mailing address where you would like the transcripts sent. If you are requesting an electronic copy rather than a hard copy (only eligible to be sent to other Florida public colleges or universities), click the drop-down option that says "Hard Copy" and change it to "Electronic Copy." Then click the magnifying glass icon to search for the college/university your transcripts should be sent to.
Once the address or electronic request is inputted, you will receive a confirmation message that your request was submitted.

Both official and unofficial transcripts can be requested in person. Processing the request takes approximately 24 to 48 hours after receipt.
Checking status of the request:
To check the status of your SPC Transcript requests:

Online Transcript Request Tracking will have tabs that identify your type of request and status, as follows: Transcript Type, Academic Career, Status, Request Date, Process Date, Description, Name, Address Line 1.
The requests are listed from requested date in descending order. To determine if the request has been processed, please refer to the process date.
