How do I send my transcript to SPC?

High School Graduates:
To order your transcripts, please contact the high school you graduated from and request that they send us an official copy of your final transcripts. If you are asked to submit your request in writing, please use our transcript request form. It is recommend that the student check with their high school directly first. Most public high schools will keep the transcripts for 3-5 years, but varies school to school. Beyond that timeframe, students should contact the County School Board Records office for their transcripts.

College Transfer Students:
To order your transcripts, please contact any college you have attended and request that they send us an official copy of your final transcripts. (Each college has their own process for ordering transcripts.) If you are asked to submit your request in writing, please use our transcript request form.

You may also bring your official transcript into a campus or mail them to our Admissions and Records department. It's important to note that it must be an official copy and it must remain sealed. If you open the transcript, we will not be able to accept it as an official document.
