Your course may require one or more of your assessments to be proctored. Proctoring will be conducted using a fully-online service called Honorlock. Check out Honorlock's Support for Test-Takers to learn more. This service is free to students and no scheduling is required!
Check out the links below for what you need to know before you test!
NOTE: Honorlock Support is available 24/7 to assist you with any Honorlock-related issues you may experience. Their support site lists how you can contact them via live chat or email.
We strongly recommend you take the Honorlock Practice Exam several days prior to attempting any actual exams to ensure that your system is properly configured and that you are familiar with the process. (Note: The practice exam has to be added by your instructor. If you do not see a practice exam listed under the Honorlock tab in your course, please contact your instructor.)
NOTE: FOR SOME COURSES...If a possible exam rule infraction occurs, a "pop-in" proctor may temporarily pause your exam to discuss the potential issue with you.
Finally, it is critical that you provide a complete room scan prior to beginning your assessment. Failure to provide a complete 360-degree scan (or as close to a 360-degree scan as possible) can potentially lead to your having to retake the exam or worse. This video provides an overview of the Honorlock Proctored Testing experience, and contains examples of a successful room scan:
